Yesterday afternoon, I stood on the sidewalk with the bright autumn sunlight streaming through the yellow maple leaves on the tree next door.  During this particularly sunny moment, it was pouring rain, the light catching and glistening off each rain drop…in that bright sunlight. I wish I could convey the image I will always have of that moment. People stepped out of homes and shops near me to see it. I’ve never seen rain look so much like Swarovski crystal.

This fall means so much to me. I’m in love with the autumn of each year. I come alive and can feel the energy all around me so much clearer.  Lola the dog and I have been walking every evening, a mile here a few miles there. It’s all making her a better dog and me a healthier woman.
